Placing an order constitutes your acceptance of these Terms.
3. Description of Our Services
PetitionsFörderung offers digital promotional services for online petitions and campaigns.
The exact activities included in a service depend on the package purchased and the description displayed on the relevant product or service page at the time of purchase.
Not every service includes every marketing method. For example, paid advertising, influencer outreach, press outreach, email campaigns, and other promotional activities may only be included where expressly stated in the relevant package or separately agreed in writing.
We reserve the right to use appropriate promotional methods, channels, and campaign strategies to deliver the purchased service, provided that the service remains consistent with its advertised description.
We may make reasonable operational adjustments to campaign methods where necessary because of technical restrictions, platform policies, availability, or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
4. Orders and Purchase Process
Customers can purchase services through our online store.
When placing an order, you may be required to provide information such as:
- Your name and contact information.
- Your email address.
- Your selected service or package.
- Your petition or campaign URL.
- Your target country or geographical audience.
- Relevant campaign instructions or promotional materials.
- Any other information reasonably required to perform the service.
You are responsible for ensuring that all submitted information is accurate, complete, and up to date.
Please review your order carefully before completing payment. If you notice an error, contact us as soon as possible.
We reserve the right to decline, cancel, or request clarification regarding an order where the submitted information is incomplete, misleading, unlawful, technically inaccessible, or inconsistent with our service policies.
An automated order confirmation does not necessarily mean that campaign work has commenced. We may need to review your submission and confirm that the required campaign information is available before starting work.
5. Pricing and Payments
All prices are displayed on our website in the currency shown at checkout, unless otherwise stated.
Prices may change from time to time. Any price change will not affect an order that has already been accepted, except where an adjustment is agreed with the customer or required by law.
Payment must be completed through the payment methods made available at checkout.
By submitting payment details, you confirm that:
- You are authorised to use the selected payment method.
- The payment information you provide is accurate.
- You authorise the applicable payment provider to process the transaction.
- You will not knowingly initiate an unauthorised or fraudulent payment dispute.
Payments may be processed by independent third-party payment providers. Their own terms, privacy policies, and payment procedures may also apply.
We do not intentionally collect or store complete payment card details where payment processing is handled by a third-party payment provider.
Any applicable taxes, duties, or additional charges will be presented where required by law or applicable checkout arrangements.
6. Campaign Information and Customer Responsibilities
After purchasing a service, customers may be asked to submit their petition URL, target location, and other campaign information.
You are responsible for providing all information reasonably required for us to begin and complete the service.
You agree that:
- The petition URL you provide is correct and accessible.
- You have the right to request promotional activity for the petition or campaign.
- The campaign content is accurate and not misleading.
- You have permission to use any photographs, logos, videos, written materials, and other content you submit.
- Your campaign does not violate applicable laws or third-party rights.
- You will respond to reasonable requests for additional information.
- You will notify us if the petition is closed, deleted, suspended, or materially changed during the campaign.
Delays caused by missing information, incorrect URLs, inaccessible petitions, or late customer responses may affect the campaign schedule.
We are not responsible for delays or incomplete delivery resulting from inaccurate or incomplete information supplied by the customer.
7. Campaign Start Times and Delivery Periods
Estimated delivery periods, where displayed, are provided as general guidance.
The time required to begin and complete a campaign may depend on:
- The service or package purchased.
- The time required to review campaign information.
- The availability of advertising and promotional platforms.
- The target audience and geographical location.
- Technical or operational requirements.
- Customer responses and approval requirements.
- Circumstances outside our reasonable control.
Unless expressly guaranteed in writing, delivery estimates are not fixed deadlines.
A campaign may require preparation, configuration, review, and implementation before promotional activity begins.
If we anticipate a material delay, we will make reasonable efforts to communicate relevant information to the customer.
8. No Guarantee of Signatures or Campaign Outcomes
PetitionsFörderung provides digital marketing and promotional services. We do not control the decisions of individual internet users, petition visitors, social media audiences, or third-party platforms.
For this reason, we do not guarantee:
- A specific number of petition signatures.
- A particular number of visitors, clicks, views, or impressions.
- Media coverage or press publication.
- Influencer participation or endorsements.
- Viral reach or social media engagement.
- A particular conversion rate.
- Government, corporate, institutional, or political action.
- The success or final outcome of any petition or campaign.
Any estimated figures, examples, projections, or historical results displayed on our website are illustrative unless expressly identified as guaranteed deliverables in a written agreement.
The actual performance of a campaign may vary depending on audience behaviour, campaign subject matter, content quality, geographical targeting, platform algorithms, competition, and other factors.
Our responsibility is to provide the promotional service described in the purchased package, not to guarantee the outcome of the underlying petition.
9. Third-Party Platforms and External Services
Our services may involve or depend on independent third-party platforms, including social media networks, search engines, advertising networks, email services, petition-hosting websites, media outlets, and other digital services.
These platforms operate independently of PetitionsFörderung.
We do not own, control, or guarantee the continued availability, policies, algorithms, advertising approvals, or functionality of third-party platforms.
You acknowledge that:
- Third-party platforms may change their rules or technical requirements.
- Advertisements may be rejected, restricted, paused, or removed.
- Accounts, pages, petitions, or content may be suspended or restricted by their respective providers.
- Platform algorithms and audience behaviour may affect campaign performance.
- Third-party websites may become temporarily or permanently unavailable.
We are not responsible for decisions made independently by third-party platforms.
Where a platform restriction materially affects the purchased service, we will consider reasonable alternative arrangements where practical and consistent with the original order.
10. Advertising Budgets and Third-Party Costs
Where paid advertising is included in a package, the service description or written agreement should clarify what is included in the price.
Unless expressly stated otherwise, customers should not assume that the purchase price includes an additional advertising budget paid directly to an external platform.
Where third-party advertising expenditure, influencer fees, media placement fees, or other external costs are required, these will be handled according to the relevant package description or separate written agreement.
We will not knowingly represent third-party expenditure as our own service fee.
11. Acceptable Use and Prohibited Campaigns
We aim to support legitimate, transparent, and lawful petition campaigns.
You must not use our services to promote content that:
- Is unlawful, fraudulent, deceptive, or intentionally misleading.
- Promotes violence, threats, harassment, or intimidation.
- Encourages discrimination or hatred against protected groups.
- Infringes copyright, trademarks, privacy rights, or other third-party rights.
- Impersonates another person or organisation.
- Contains fabricated evidence, false claims, or deliberately misleading information.
- Promotes illegal activities or facilitates wrongdoing.
- Manipulates, deceives, or exploits audiences.
- Violates the terms or policies of relevant third-party platforms.
- Otherwise creates an unreasonable legal, reputational, or safety risk.
We reserve the right to review campaign submissions and refuse, suspend, or discontinue services where we reasonably believe that a campaign violates these Terms or applicable law.
Where appropriate, we may request additional information or clarification before proceeding.
If a campaign is rejected or discontinued, any refund will be considered in accordance with our Refund and Cancellation provisions and applicable consumer law.
12. Customer Content and Intellectual Property
You retain ownership of the content, petition materials, logos, photographs, videos, and other intellectual property that you provide to us.
By submitting materials for a campaign, you grant PetitionsFörderung a limited, non-exclusive, royalty-free permission to use, reproduce, format, adapt, and distribute those materials solely to the extent reasonably necessary to perform the purchased service.
This permission ends when the relevant service is completed, except where limited retention is necessary for legal, administrative, or record-keeping purposes.
You confirm that you own or have obtained all necessary permissions and licences for the materials you submit.
You remain responsible for the accuracy, legality, and ownership of your campaign content.
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, PetitionsFörderung retains ownership of its own website content, service descriptions, branding, original marketing materials, templates, internal processes, and other proprietary materials.
You may not copy, reproduce, redistribute, or commercially exploit our proprietary materials without our prior written permission.
13. Campaign Changes and Customer Requests
Once campaign preparation or delivery has started, changes to the petition URL, campaign subject, target location, audience, or promotional instructions may affect the work already completed.
We will consider reasonable change requests where practical.
However, we may need to:
- Adjust the campaign schedule.
- Request additional information.
- Recommend a different promotional approach.
- Explain any additional costs before carrying out work outside the original order.
A substantial change to the original campaign may require a new order or a separately agreed service.
We cannot guarantee that every requested change can be accommodated after work has commenced.
14. Cancellation and Refunds
We aim to treat customers fairly and handle cancellation and refund requests in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws.
Because our services are digital and may involve campaign preparation, advertising setup, research, content development, and promotional work, the stage of service delivery may be relevant when assessing a cancellation or refund request.
Before work begins
If you request cancellation before we have started work on your order, you may be eligible for a refund, subject to applicable law and any clearly disclosed terms agreed at checkout.
After work has started
If work has already commenced, any refund assessment may take account of the work completed, resources reasonably committed, and any third-party costs already incurred.
Where a full refund is not appropriate, we may consider a partial refund for the undelivered portion of the service, subject to applicable law.
After service completion
Once the purchased service has been fully delivered, a refund will not ordinarily be available solely because the customer is dissatisfied with the petition's popularity or final outcome, provided that the service was delivered as agreed and no statutory refund right applies.
Services not delivered as agreed
If we fail to provide a service in accordance with the agreed description, please contact us so that we can investigate and consider an appropriate remedy.
Depending on the circumstances and applicable law, this may include correcting the service, completing outstanding work, providing a partial refund, or issuing another appropriate remedy.
How to request a cancellation or refund
Please email support@petitionforderung.com and include:
- Your order number.
- The email address used at checkout.
- The service purchased.
- The reason for your request.
- Any relevant supporting information.
We will review the request and respond within a reasonable period.
Important consumer rights: Nothing in these Terms excludes, restricts, or overrides any consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded or restricted under applicable law. If you are a consumer in the United Kingdom or European Economic Area, statutory cancellation and digital-service rights may apply.
Where the law requires express consent for a digital service to begin during a cancellation period, or an acknowledgement of the consequences for the right to cancel, we will obtain the required consent and acknowledgement through the appropriate checkout or order process. These Terms alone do not replace any legally required checkout consent.
15. Customer Support and Communication
Customers can contact our support team for questions relating to orders, campaign information, service delivery, and general inquiries.
Email: support@petitionforderung.com
Phone: +44 7830 304 823
Please include your order number when contacting us about an existing purchase so that we can identify your order more efficiently.
We aim to respond to customer inquiries as promptly as reasonably possible. Response times may vary depending on inquiry volume, weekends, public holidays, and the nature of the request.
16. Privacy and Personal Information
Your use of our website and services is also governed by our Privacy Policy.
We may collect and process information necessary to:
- Process orders and payments.
- Communicate with customers.
- Deliver purchased services.
- Manage campaign submissions.
- Provide customer support.
- Meet legal and regulatory obligations.
- Maintain website security and prevent fraud.
Please review our Privacy Policy for details about the information we collect, how it is used, when it may be shared, and the rights available to you.
17. Website Availability and Accuracy
We aim to keep our website accessible, accurate, and up to date.
However, we do not guarantee that:
- The website will always be available without interruption.
- Every website feature will operate without errors.
- All website content will always be complete or current.
- The website will be free from technical faults or harmful components.
We may update, modify, suspend, or discontinue parts of the website when reasonably necessary for maintenance, security, business operations, or other legitimate purposes.
We may also correct errors in service descriptions, pricing, or other website information. Where an error materially affects an order, we will take reasonable steps to contact the customer and resolve the matter appropriately.
18. Limitation of Liability
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where such exclusion or limitation would be unlawful.
Subject to that principle, PetitionsFörderung will not be liable for losses arising from:
- Decisions made independently by social media platforms, advertising networks, or other third parties.
- Changes to platform algorithms, policies, or availability.
- The content, accuracy, legality, or success of a customer's petition.
- The customer's failure to provide accurate information or necessary permissions.
- Delays caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
- Unauthorised access to a customer's own accounts or systems where the access was not caused by our failure to take reasonable care.
- Indirect or consequential losses that were not reasonably foreseeable when the relevant agreement was formed.
Where we are legally responsible for a loss, our liability will be assessed in accordance with applicable law.
For business customers, and to the extent permitted by law, our total liability arising from a particular order will not exceed the amount paid by that customer for the specific service giving rise to the claim.
The business-customer limitation above does not apply to consumers where it would unlawfully restrict their statutory rights. Nothing in these Terms limits liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any other liability that cannot legally be limited.
19. Indemnification
To the extent permitted by applicable law, you agree to be responsible for losses, claims, liabilities, and reasonable expenses arising from your unlawful use of our services, your breach of these Terms, or your infringement of third-party rights through content or materials you supplied.
This provision does not require you to compensate us for losses caused by our own negligence, breach of contract, or unlawful conduct.
20. Force Majeure
We will not be responsible for a failure or delay in performing our obligations where the failure or delay results from circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
Such circumstances may include:
- Internet or telecommunications outages.
- Major technical failures.
- Cyberattacks or security incidents.
- Natural disasters.
- War, civil unrest, or government restrictions.
- Strikes or other significant disruptions.
- Third-party platform outages or widespread service restrictions.
- Changes in applicable laws or regulatory requirements.
Where such circumstances materially affect an order, we will make reasonable efforts to inform the customer and consider practical arrangements for completing, rescheduling, or otherwise resolving the affected service.
21. Suspension and Termination
We may suspend or refuse access to our website or services where reasonably necessary to:
- Investigate suspected fraud or unlawful activity.
- Protect our business, customers, or third parties.
- Address a material breach of these Terms.
- Comply with legal or regulatory obligations.
- Respond to serious security or operational concerns.
Where appropriate and legally permitted, we will provide an explanation and an opportunity to resolve the issue.
Suspension or termination does not remove any rights or obligations that arose before the suspension or termination.
Any refund relating to a terminated order will be assessed in accordance with these Terms and applicable law.
22. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes in our services, business operations, legal requirements, or website functionality.
The latest version will be published on this page with an updated "Last Updated" date.
Changes will apply from the date they are published, unless otherwise stated or required by law.
Changes will not retrospectively remove rights that have already accrued under an existing order.
We encourage customers to review this page periodically.
23. Governing Law and Disputes
These Terms are subject to the laws of [insert the correct governing jurisdiction].
Any dispute arising from the use of our website or services should first be raised with our customer support team so that the parties can attempt to resolve it informally.
If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, it may be referred to the courts or other dispute-resolution procedures with jurisdiction under applicable law.
If you are a consumer, you may also benefit from mandatory consumer protection laws and the right to bring proceedings in the courts available to you under those laws.
Nothing in this section removes any mandatory consumer rights or legal protections that apply to you.
24. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unlawful, invalid, or unenforceable, that provision will be treated as modified or removed to the minimum extent necessary.
The remaining provisions will continue to apply, provided that they remain legally effective.
25. Entire Agreement
These Terms, together with the relevant service description, order confirmation, Privacy Policy, and any additional written agreement between you and PetitionsFörderung, form the agreement governing your use of our services.
If a specific written agreement expressly varies these Terms for a particular order, the specific agreement will apply to the extent of the agreed variation.
